Trophies are a symbol of employees’ hard work and determination to excel, which is why it’s important for companies to display them appropriately. Some simply lock their trophies up in a cabinet where they’re never seen or heard of again. A better approach, however, is to display them out in the open where anyone can see them.

#1) Build a Custom Glass Shelf Enclosure

One idea is to build a custom glass shelf enclosure for your trophies. Assuming there’s already a shelving system installed on the wall, a thick piece of glass can be fitted directly over the shelf. This allows people to easily view the trophies, but also protects them from dirt, theft and other forms of damage.
